We do have a refundable booking fee for our parties. It secures your booking and is refundable when party sales are $500.00 or more.  If not refunded it gets paid to the agent for their time and travel costs.

Where the party is in local area of the agent, the fee is $30 and for parties outside of their city/CBD in larger cities the booking fee is $50, unless we are "on tour" in your region in which case the your fee is same as for local parties.

All ordering is done in private and if goods aren't available on the night, delivery is direct to the ordering guest.  Mobile EFTPOS accepting all major credit cards is available at all parties.

Why is there a (refundable*) Booking Fee?

BuzzClub parties are hugely popular so we are regularly booked out – whether it is specifically for a BuzzClub party, or maybe an event such as a Hens Night. Unfortunately, things happen, and people sometimes cancel their parties at the last minute. Often it is too late to reschedule another party into that time, and to late to make new personal plans - so our agent suddenly has nothing to do. 

Also, while our parties are fun and informative, sometimes sales don’t result – as long as our name is getting out there and we have taught you one thing new we are happy, but our agents work on commission and with the rising cost of petrol these days, and time being so precious we’d like to ensure our agents are at least recompensed for their time and costs entertaining and informing you and your guests. 

By introducing a booking fee, our agents can be assured of earning something for their time and costs, and if the sales are over $500.00 your booking fee is refunded as the agent will earn sufficient commission to remunerate them for the evening.

So, we have reluctantly introduced the (refundable*) booking fee as from 1 July 2008. This is paid when the party is confirmed, and can be paid via our website – click here. 

How Much?

If there is an agent available in your area for that time slot, the fee is $30.00 (‘in your area’ includes when we make scheduled weekend trips to other towns to do several parties at a time – details of upcoming area visits are posted on the website). If there is no local agent, then fee is $50.00 as our agents will have increased travelling costs.

We will advise which rate you need to pay at the time the booking is confirmed.

How Do I Qualify for a refund?

Simple! Stick to your original date booked, get your guests along and encourage them to purchase. If your party sales are over $500.00 the booking fee is credited back to you.

What if I need to Cancel or Postpone my party?

As long as we are given 7 days notice of the cancellation/postponement your booking fee is refundable/held over for the new date. If you cancel/postpone that new date, a new booking fee will need to be paid if you are to reschedule.
